Pilot details

Start small. Test the whole handoff.

Tell us about your business and the offer you’re considering. We’ll confirm fit, scope and billing before activation.

A practical launch sequence

  1. Scope the calls. Agree one location or team, the included script, destinations and the coverage window.
  2. Approve the words. Review the greeting, questions, boundaries, fallback and any recording notices required for your use.
  3. Test before forwarding. Use fictional scenarios. Check ordinary calls, failed transfers and unsupported requests.
  4. Review the pilot. Agree the review date, included minutes, overage budget and what happens at the cap.

Use business contact details only.

Ava uses only approved property information. It does not advise on financing, steer buyers or confirm access to a property without authorization. Your agents confirm showing arrangements and keep listing information current.

Discuss this pilot

All plans cover inbound US calls with your chosen business-hours, overflow or after-hours schedule. One AI receptionist and one local number per included location. Unused minutes do not roll over. Pilot billing uses connected time rounded up to the next minute per call. Additional locations, scripts, premium/toll-free numbers, SMS, third-party subscriptions and new custom integrations require an agreed quote. Email support is during US Eastern business hours; no 24/7 human support or response-time guarantee is included. We agree the usage cap and fallback before activation. Existing AssistCall customer terms are unchanged.

The practical details

Before your first call.

Is there a solo-agent plan?

This launch focuses on teams. Tell us your call volume during a pilot consultation and we can review whether a lighter scope makes sense.

Does Ava have access to our MLS?

Not automatically. MLS access and listing-feed permissions are separate. The initial pilot uses the listing information your team approves.

Are showing times confirmed automatically?

Initially Ava captures showing requests. Confirmation remains with your agent unless a scheduling connection and property-access workflow have been tested and approved.
