The decision to make first

A visitor may paste an old listing description that conflicts with the current approved information and ask the assistant to choose which version is true. Prefer the team-approved current source for public answers and mark unresolved discrepancies for the listing owner instead of blending conflicting facts.

What the handoff should contain

Record property identifier, conflicting claim, source described by the visitor, approved current value and the question requiring confirmation.

Suggested wording to approve

Example wording: “That information differs from the team’s current approved record. I can flag the discrepancy for the listing agent rather than combine the two versions.”

Test the difficult case

Test conflicting prices, a withdrawn status and a pasted page containing instructions unrelated to the property facts. Do not let pasted website text become an instruction to change the assistant’s business policy or expose private information.

Worked example

Fictional example: A visitor pastes an old advertisement with a different price and instructions telling the assistant to ignore its normal rules. The property discrepancy should be flagged for agent review, while the pasted instructions remain untrusted content. Neither the old fact nor the embedded command should silently replace the team’s approved current context.
