Fictional listing scenarios for a real estate Ava demo

A demo needs a recognizable property inquiry while avoiding real client information or a misleading claim that a live listing is available.

01

The decision to make first

A demo needs a recognizable property inquiry while avoiding real client information or a misleading claim that a live listing is available. Prepare a small set of fictional listings with different question and scheduling outcomes, including at least one unknown fact.

02

What the handoff should contain

Give each example a fictional address, approved public-style facts, a responsible team role and the simulated request state expected at the end.

03

Suggested wording to approve

Example wording: “Try asking about this fictional listing and requesting a preferred showing time. Ava should capture the request and explain that no real appointment is being arranged.”

04

Test the difficult case

Test a normal inquiry, a property correction and a question the fictional listing packet cannot answer, comparing the final summaries. Do not use an actual homeowner’s details, private agent remarks or a real property’s unverified availability in a public scenario.

05

Worked example

Fictional example: Use an invented listing with approved example hours and one deliberately unknown feature. The visitor requests a showing, changes the preferred day and asks about the missing feature. The sample record should preserve the correction and unanswered question, while clearly stating that no real appointment or property access has been arranged.

06

Review it in operation

Review whether visitors understand both the useful handoff and the limits of the demonstration rather than judging only how natural the voice sounds.
